The Workforce Journey
Our training isn't just a classroom experience; it's an end-to-end pathway designed to take absolute beginners and turn them into industry-certified professionals.
Hands-on Learning
Participants gain immediate exposure to EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment) safety, schematics, and assembly in our specialized lab environments.
Credential Mastery
We prepare our cohorts for OSHA standards and electrical codes, ensuring every graduate meets the high criteria demanded by Pepco and other utility giants.
Industry Placement
Through our Apprenticeship Pathways, we link talent directly with sustainable contractors, ensuring local jobs stay within Prince George's County.
Innovation & Advanced Tech Hub
We don't just teach today's tech; we prepare our participants for the energy grid of 2030. Our programs are constantly evolving to include the latest breakthroughs in power management.
V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid)
Training on bi-directional charging systems that allow EVs to discharge power back into the grid during peak hours, creating a more resilient community.
AI-Driven Grids
Understanding how machine learning optimizes energy routing to minimize waste and ensure every charging port receives the necessary load without strain.
